NOVEL River Oaks

Inspired by the wealth and architecture of the area, the iconic live oak trees and the history, NOVEL River Oaks is a multi-family property that provides approachable luxury living in the wealthiest neighborhood in Texas - River Oaks in Houston. As part of the application of newly established positioning and branding we needed create a website to help build awareness and pre-leasing leads.

The Challenge

Working within a templated website structure, we needed to make the website experience feel as unique as the property and the new branding.

The Approach

The audiences vary in life stage, from career-focused and building their wealth as a single or couple, to divorced and ready for a new chapter, to comfortably retired and enjoying their free time. We needed to capture a timeless, luxury feel that would appeal to all targets.

I designed unique buttons and hover states, and incorporated video and subtle animations to make each touchpoint and section feel specially crafted.
