Grubb Properties creates, funds, develops, operates and manages properties, including commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. Grubb Properties is visionary in its approach, anticipating the demands of the marketplace.
The Challenge
Real Estate developers in general are behind the curve and reactionary to marketplace needs resulting in their properties being less relevent to the future needs of audiences, and thus diminishing in value much sooner. By seeing opportunities in greater depth and across a wider spectrum, Grubb Properties performs strategically, innovatively and compassionately to ensure their properties fulfill their complete potential for residents, tenants, communities and investors. With this in mind we were challenged to help Grubb Properties evolve their branding to better align with this new strategic direction. We redesigned their website, refreshed their branding and created a brand video.
The Concept
Perspective drives performance. We used charts and graphs that typically measure business performance as the visual graphic that gets pulled through each piece.

This brand video for Grubb Properties was created for an investor meeting to introduce the brand refresh and talk about grubb properties unique vision and approach to investment properties. Over the course of two weeks I storyboarded, created graphics, art directed motion graphics and video editing.
