Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) has proven technology that delivers clean indoor air that is safe and healthy. Through a Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) process, GPS’s products purify the air by eliminating airborne particulates, odors and pathogens. With a shift in messaging and a new branding refresh, we redesigned the website to align with the direction.
The Challenge
GPS’s current messaging is focused on energy and capital savings and marketed to HVAC/general contracting companies. GPS would like to shift their route-to-market and communications strategy. The new model would begin speaking directly to the property owner, with the lead message communicating GPS’s technology and capabilities as to improving indoor air quality (IAQ).
The challenge with the change in strategy is also an opportunity to launch a new brand and position it as the leader in IAQ, telling a more compelling story directly to the decision-maker.
The Approach
With the shift in communications strategy, we did a design and content audit of the existing website to help identify opportunities to align the experience and messaging.
